How a VIP Room works
A table, not a stage
Every room takes one topic the industry has not settled yet, and puts 15 to 20 people around a table who can actually move it. No panel, no audience, no pitch deck.
The rooms run on Floor 2 of SAP Garden alongside the main summit, so the people you want are already in the building. Guests are invited rather than registered, which is what keeps the table worth sitting at.
One brand hosts each topic. That brand shapes the discussion, nominates who sits across from them, and leaves with the room.
