Name changes
Passes transfer to a colleague free of charge up to 24 November, then at the registration desk.
Invoice and bank transfer
If your finance team cannot pay by card or is requesting an additional invoice, please contact us. Request an invoice.
Cancellation
Passes are non-refundable. We would rather transfer the name than lose you, so contact us first.
